Softens calluses and corns, heals cracks on the soles of the feet. Recommended for warts, scars, cysts, and other skin growths. Promotes deep nourishment and moisturizing of skin, smooths texture, and has pronounced softening properties — which is why it is often used in soap making. An effective remedy for the growth and strengthening of eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair, preventing hair loss.

Precautions: avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of warm water. Individual intolerance to components is possible.

How to use: apply pure or use to enrich cosmetic products (creams, lotions, oils, balms, etc.). For facial skincare — apply along massage lines. For hair care — apply warmed oil to hair. Leave on for up to 120 minutes. For stimulating hair growth.

As a laxative: adults take 15–30 g 1–3 times daily. For bowel cleansing before diagnostic procedures, take 2–6 hours before the procedure. Children aged 12–14: 5–15 g once daily.
