It has remarkable versatility across many areas of use: taken for various health problems, for hair growth, to improve skin quality, for colds, gastrointestinal problems, to improve blood quality — it raises red blood cell and hemoglobin levels, stimulates the elimination of harmful substances from the body, boosts immunity, strengthens immune defenses, as an immunostimulant, vitamins, women's vitamins, for the face, face masks, for the body, hair growth activator, hair growth mask, cedar resin, against hair loss, anti-hair loss shampoo, hair loss vitamins, for hair growth, vitamin D3, folic acid, folic acid for women, folic acid vitamins, folic acid for pregnant women, humic complex, humic and fulvic acids, humic acid. Applications of mumiyo: taken orally; scalp masks; face masks; foot baths; full baths; as a plant fertilizer. Scalp masks: dissolve 3 g of mumiyo in 50 g of warm water.

Apply to scalp, cover with a shower cap, leave for 3–4 hours, then wash with shampoo. Can be added to shampoo: 3 g per 200 g of shampoo — use this shampoo when washing hair. Foot baths: dissolve 5 g of mumiyo in 5 L of hot water.

Full bath: dissolve 10 g of mumiyo in 100 g of warm water and add to the bath; soak for 10–15 minutes. Plant fertilizer: dissolve 50 g of mumiyo in 10 L of water; dilute the resulting solution at a ratio of 1 L per 10 L of water and water plants with 0.5 L per bush.
